Digital files you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from your SVGTown account.
For any questions regarding an item or order, contacting the seller is your best option.
Contact Seller
Instant downloads: These are ready-made files available for download immediately once your payment is confirmed. If you paid via PayPal or credit card, it may take a few minutes for the download link to arrive.
Made-to-order downloads: These are custom digital items created according to your specifications after purchase. The seller will provide your files once they are completed.
To download a digital file, please sign in to SVGTown using a mobile browser or computer.
Check your spam or junk folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs. Adding support@svgtown.com to your contacts may prevent future email delivery issues.
Alternatively, you can access your digital purchases directly through your account.
Locating Your Digital Purchases in Your Account
To find your digital files:
Sign in to svgtown.com and go to Your Account.
Go to Downloads.
Next to your order, select Download Files to access the Downloads page with all attached files.
You can also revisit the item’s listing page, where you should see "Instant Download" indicated on the product images.
There are generally no limits on how many times you can download a file, as long as the transaction remains active. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will appear grayed out.
The completion time for custom digital items depends on the seller. Contact the seller through support@svgtown.com to establish an estimated delivery time.
To check the status of a made-to-order item, go to the Downloads section in your SVGTown account. Items that are still being processed will be marked as In progress.
Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access the file through Downloads, where the Download Files button will be available. After downloading, you’ll have the option to leave a review.
If you bought a digital item as a guest, a download link will be included in the receipt email you received.
Custom digital items will be delivered once completed by the seller. If you no longer have access to the email used to make the purchase, please contact the seller to arrange an alternative delivery method.
If the download links don’t respond, there may be an issue with your web browser. Try disabling any additional add-ons or toolbars, such as ad blockers, and attempt the download again.
If a file appears corrupted, delete it and try downloading again. If issues persist, reach out to the seller via SVGTown Messages.
The file type is listed under the Highlights section on the product page. If you can’t open the file, you may need specific software.

Digital listings indicate that they cannot be returned or canceled. While instant downloads are not automatically eligible for returns, it is up to the seller’s discretion to issue refunds. If you’d like to request a refund, please contact the seller directly through support@svgtown.com.
