If our product fails to function as intended or has a design-related issue, our design team will investigate. Should we be unable to resolve the issue within 2 business days, we will gladly provide a 100% refund.
To qualify for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of your purchase, including valid reasons and adhering to all other terms stated here. No refund requests will be accepted after this 30-day period.
To facilitate issue resolution, please supply relevant images of any problems encountered, enabling our team to investigate and address the issue.

We require you to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue, maintain communication, and cooperate with us throughout the process.
Once a refund has been issued, all product files must be deleted from your storage.
